The conference titled \u201cSecond Chance Learning: supporting the social engagement of European Youth\u201d will be held at the Ionic Centre (11 Lysiou str., Plaka), with the aim to present and discuss the results that have been achieved. It will be hosted by Amazing Youth.<\/p>\n<p>During the project\u2019s lifetime, we built, piloted and validated sustainable solutions in order to upgrade the capacity of youth professionals and eventually youth organisations, addressing the lower range of Generation Y (aged 25-29) and the upper one of Generation Z, through European state-of-the-art second chance education (SCE) methods and practices.<\/p>\n<p>Our objectives were to enhance and recognise the professional development of youth workers, to facilitate engagement and equity in learning by validating high-quality tools and resources, and to establish a European community and learning hub for youth professionals.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What we achieved?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We developed the following tools:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The <strong>\u201cYouth SCE Tutor Competence Framework\u201d<\/strong> to strengthen the professional awareness and identity of youth stakeholders by identifying and recognizing the areas competence (knowledge, skills &amp; attitudes) that underpin the youth professional\u2019s diverse and multifaceted role.<\/li>\n<li>The <strong>\u201cGEN Y\/Z \u2013 SCOODLE Transferability Toolkit\u201d<\/strong> embedding terms of quality reference to the \u201cYouth SCE Tutor Competence Framework\u201d.<\/li>\n<li>The <strong>\u201cYouth SCE Accreditation Scheme\u201d<\/strong>, the learning design of the <strong>\u201cYouth SCE Tutor Competence Development Courseware\u201d<\/strong>, coupled with the <strong>\u201cYouth SCE Tutor Courseware Quality Framework\u201d<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u03a4he conference will give us the opportunity to reflect on these solutions and their sustainability.<\/p>\n<p>You can see the agenda and more information about the conference <a href=\"https:\/\/www.scoodle-project.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/SCOODLE-Invitation-03022023.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">HERE<\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>On the 3rd of February 2023, the seven European organisations participating in the Erasmus+ project GenY\/Z-SCOODLE will gather in Athens for the project\u2019s final conference.
