Yet it is not \u2013 or should not be &#8211; a one-way street. Some early leavers <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">wish to return to education. Second chance measures provide a means to return <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">to education and potentially acquire a qualification. <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">For young people with complex barriers to learning (e.g. health issues, housing, <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">etc.), some second chance measures take a holistic approach and provide <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">support to tackle these barriers, alongside formal learning, through a multi-<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">professional case management approach.
